Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art. The word Reiki means life force energy. It is a subtle, yet powerful, form of energy healing.
Reiki is balancing energy. It restores and balances one's physical, mental, and emotional energies. What is in excess, Reiki will lessen. What is missing, Reiki will increase and fill. When people are anxious, Reiki relaxes them. When people are in pain, Reiki can reduce or eliminate it. When people are emotionally upset, Reiki can calm their emotions so they can see the situation more clearly. It puts one's physical body in the best condition to heal. (excerpt from iarp.org)
At your Reiki session, we will first discuss your goals and I will gather some background information. Then you will lie fully clothed on a massage table and relax as I transfer Reiki energy within your body through a gentle, non-invasive touch.

Tapping releases the energy and tells the body you are safe. EFT is an effective way to clear unwanted feelings that control you. Once the unwanted feelings are released, limiting beliefs and behavior patterns can in turn be released.
At your appointment you can expect to discuss, as you feel comfortable, what behaviors, beliefs, emotions, past events, or physical aliments you'd like help getting past. Includes more extensive conversation to discuss goals and gather background information with a 40-minute Reiki treatment and aftercare instructions. Plan for 1 to 1.5 hours for this session.

Includes a short conversation to assess goals with a 40-minute Reiki treatment and brief aftercare instructions.

Includes a very brief conversation to assess goals with a 20-minute Reiki treatment and brief aftercare instructions.

Crystal Reiki Healing Session ($115.00)
Includes an energy cleaning, a 40-minute Reiki session with the use of crystals, chakra balancing, and aftercare discussion. Plan for 1 to 1.5 hours for this session.
Emotional Wellness Reiki Session ($125.00)
This powerful 1 to 1.5hrs session concentrates on emotional healing and balance. This session helps you release self-limiting beliefs, bad habits, and negative thinking. Includes goal setting, a round of EFT (tapping), and a full 40-minute Reiki treatment.
Long Distance Reiki ($40.00)
Includes either an email, text, phone call, or video call to discuss goals and date of treatment. On the decided upon date I will send long distance Reiki to you through visualization while meditating, focusing on your desired goals.

This 1 hour session includes conversation to gather background information and discuss goals, with multiple rounds of tapping included. You may choose either a virtual appointment through Zoom or an in-person appointment at 3800 Sunset Blvd, West Columbia.

Using earbuds, you’ll listen to a binaural meditation during your Reiki Session.
Palm Stones ($10.00)
Hold crystals in your hands as you receive your Reiki treatment.
Chakra Crystals ($25.00)
Before I begin your Reiki treatment, I will place small crystals on your body at your 7 main Chakra points to enhance the energy flow.
Energy Clearing ($25.00)
Clearing with a pendulum before either an EFT or Reiki session or through the use of visualization during a Reiki treatment is a gentle way to release negative energy.
Mini Reiki Session ($45.00)
This 20-minute mini Reiki treatment will follow your in-person EFT session or can be added to your regular Reiki treatment for extended time.
Intuitive Card Reading ($25.00)
This 15-minute reading comes after your Reiki or EFT session. You may choose Divine Guidance from the Archangels or Animal Spirit Guides.
Reiki Infuse Your Crystals ($25.00)
Bring up to 5 crystals to leave with me to infuse them with your intentions through Reiki. You may add up to 5 more crystals at $1 each with a maximum of 10 per session. You must be willing to pick them up another day when they are ready.

Appointment Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
This policy includes all appointments made with Indigo Palm Healing, including all Reiki, EFT, and Reading sessions.
- You may reschedule your appointment yourself prior to 48 hours of your appointment. Within the 48-hour period, contact me via email to indigopalmhealing@gmail.com or text to (803) 470-4033 and we will work together to find a suitable date and time for your appointment.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling notification via email to indigopalmhealing@gmail.com or text to (803) 470-4033 is required at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment for your session. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you forfeit your appointment and will not be refunded. If you have a bundle package, the session will be deducted from your total available sessions. If an outright cancellation is requested a refund will be given minus $10 to cover service fees. Please note that we do not accept phone call cancellations or voicemails.

I am a certified Reiki Master of the Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing. I obtained my training through the Carolina Reiki Institute. I am certified in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also referred to as tapping, through EFT International. I am currently a member of the International Association of Reiki Practitioners as well as EFT International. As a lifelong learner I am still pursuing new avenues to enhance my healing skills.
Helping others heal through Reiki and EFT has brought such a joy to my life. As a retired Montessori teacher, I can say it has been a blessing to help guide little ones. In a Montessori classroom social/emotional health is just as important as academics. I spent my time in the classroom helping students learn to understand their emotions, engage with and get along with others, problem solve, and find their potential. The transition to energy healing work has felt seamless. I feel like I have extended my work helping others find their highest self whether that be through Reiki healing of anxiety, depression, stress, physical pain or with EFT through the release of limiting beliefs, emotional trauma, or physical pain. Or with helping people find their way again, learning to love themselves and find satisfaction in living on this earthly plane. It is my pleasure and joy to serve in this capacity. What will happen at my Reiki appointment?
You will be greeted as you enter Belladonnas and I will escort you to the Reiki Room. The room has a spa like feel, with soft music playing in the background. We'll sit down together in chairs and get to know each other a bit. I'll gather background information and we'll establish your goals for your sessions. Then you'll have the chance to use the restroom before we proceed with the session. If needed, once you return to the room, you'll take off your shoes and get onto the padded table, lying on your back. You'll get the choice of using a blanket if you feel cold natured. Once you're on the table, you'll get an eye mask (optional) and earbuds if you've chosen Reiki with meditation for your session. Then you'll just relax into the treatment. There is nothing you need worry about thinking or not thinking while on the table. Once you're comfortable, I'll sit in a chair at the head of the table and connect with the healing energy. Then I will begin by lightly touching or hovering my hands over and around your head and shoulders in various places. Once finished with the head, neck, and shoulders, I will stand up to give treatment to your torso, either hovering or lightly touching to transfer the energy. To finish I will go to your feet for some soothing touches at your ankles, arches, and toes. As the treatment ends you will be invited to sit up as you are ready and get off the table. We'll sit together in the chairs and discuss how you feel, any thoughts or feelings that came up or didn't. It's okay if you just had a good nap, the Reiki energy will still be doing it's work for you. Then I'll go over the aftercare instructions. You'll be given a bottle of water that I infused with Reiki energy for healing and health. At the sessions end, I will wish you well and look forward to seeing you next time!

I was new to EFT and had never done it before and was a little skeptical. Claudia explained it well and I was open to giving it a try. Claudia is not a counselor and made that clear, that EFT is not a counseling session. However, she asks questions and uses those answers for the tapping session.
